Business Law will focus on the European Union framework from a business standpoint.

Business Law Course provides the students with the course programmes: 

1) covering the provision of payment services, blockchain, fintech, cryptocurrenies within the European regulatory framework, is taught in class, using the study material uploaded on moodle and discussed in class; 

2) another, covering the European company law, based on a comprehensive textbook (Nicola de Luca, The European Company Law. Text, cases and materials, OUP), not taught in class.

The in-class programme provides for lectures, seminars and group-based presentations, with the aim of stimulating an active participation of the students.
