Business Law will focus on the European Union framework from a business standpoint.

Business Law Course provides the students with the course programmes: 

1) covering the provision of payment services, blockchain, fintech, cryptocurrenies within the European regulatory framework, is taught in class, using the study material uploaded on moodle and discussed in class

2) another, covering the European company law, based on a comprehensive textbook (Nicola de Luca, The European Company Law. Text, cases and materials, OUP), not taught in class.

The in-class programme provides for lectures, seminars and group-based presentations, with the aim of stimulating an active participation of the students.
